Concept: The Impossible Concert: Powerline’s Stand Out World Tour

Concept:

Powerline’s notorious Stand Out World Tour is finally coming home to LA but his is no ordinary homecoming concert.

Collaborating with well-known digital artists, this never-before-seen musical experience will have you asking what’s real and what’s fantasy. You will immerse yourself in his world By combining real-life AV production, pyros and special effects with digital performers, impossible sets and artistic interactivity, Powerline’s concert will be presented as a digital 3D show that can be experienced both in-person using optional AR and simultaneously remotely on a Metaverse platform such as Decentraland or Sandbox. The show will have multiple layers of experiences:

  1. A physically-impossible concert featuring choreographed flying character dancers, a floating stage shaped like the moon and interactive lighting and camera angles that will be presented in-park using audio amplification, lighting effects and pyros with visuals and performers being viewed via AR. At-home and viewing party guests can experience the entire 3D experience on headset or desktop and interact with each other and the performance via avatars.
  2. Multiple artist-led communal light sculptures that will be built throughout the show with input from physically-present guests and online concert-goers simultaneously.
  3. Shared concert-going opportunities for in-person guests and online guests to be able to talk and commentate in real time with their friends and families who are experiencing the same show in different ways.
  4. Interactive Cinematic Cutscenes giving behind-the-scenes looks at Powerline’s creative process, a roadtrip to his hometown and a look at rehearsals, all presented in 360° 3D video that can be interacted with on phones (in person) or desktops (remotely).
  5. Merchandise opportunities for exclusive concert tees and merch that can be purchased either in the Metaverse for use with your avatar, physically from the Disney Story online to be delivered to you pre-concert or both as a package, so you can be kitted out in both locations.
  6. All of the heart-pounding action of a traditional concert: This personally-curated sunset concert will feature pounding renditions of his biggest hits and covers of his favorite artists, heart-tugging acoustic moments, an on-stage serenade for a lucky audience member and intimate stories about growing up in the streets of Los Angeles as a young Sheldon Geronimo. With diverse 90s guests like 4*Town and 98°, this is a concert experience that you’ll never forget.
